At On Point Doula we believe it’s our job to guide clients through the ever changing rules and practices during the current pandemic. We are here so as to support you.
We follow public health safety guidelines and recommendations in determining practices for ourselves and our clients. We work to address each client’s situation individually, including when to provide virtual services and support in lieu of in-person services.
You can be sure we are cautious and careful. We report to our company if we are unsure of any exposure to COVID-19 as a condition of employment, and then immediately test and quarantine while results are pending. Like anyone else, we can’t guarantee being clear of exposure or negative virus status. We will be clear in advising you right away about any known COVID exposures or potentially risky situations — and ask the same of you.
We are providing all of our support services are virtually, and some of them in-person as guidelines and rules are modified. When we talk about your services options, we can figure out what will work best for us together.
On Point continues to keep clients up to date with any changing policies and procedures.
